چکیده
Magnetic resonance imaging is high precision method for diagnosing cardiovascular diseases. Simultaneously with the anatomy and function of right ventricle, magnetic allows to assess pulmonary circulation, which leads widespread use this in diagnosis dynamic monitoring patients arterial hypertension. The article devoted assessment cardiac remodeling risk stratification group patients. Special attention given new prognostic parameters included scale hypertension European Society Cardiology/European Respiratory 2022.

Prevalence and Risk Factors of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in Thalassemia Major Patients of Ilam, 2014
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a progressive disease with high morbidity and mortality rates. Research has shown that PAH has a prevalence rate of 10-79% in thalassemia major patients. This cross-sectional study was carried out in 2014 to determine the prevalence and risk factors of PAH in all thalassemia major patients of over 18 years of age in Ilam, Iran. A cardiologist measured sy...

Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a progressive disorder characterized by abnormally elevated blood pressure of the pulmonary circulation that results, over time, from extensive vascular remodeling and increased pulmonary vascular resistance. Recent advances in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology have led to the development of techniques for noninvasive assessment of cardiovascul...

Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) provides accurate information about right ventricular (RV) mass, RV volumes and other markers of RV function. CMRI is proving to be a particularly useful tool in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), as measures of RV function have been shown to be prognostic of long-term outcomes in this disease. Changes in RV function can also provide important infor...
متن کاملThe role of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging in the assessment of right ventricular function in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension
Background Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) is the gold standard technique for the assessment of right ventricular (RV) function. There is, however, scarce data on its use in the assessment of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The aim of our study is to reveal the potential value of CMR in the evaluation of RV dysfunction as expressed by the pulmonary and the tricuspid annula...
متن کاملPulmonary Arterial Hypertension: Use of Delayed Contrast-Enhanced Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance in Risk Assessment
BACKGROUND Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a severe and progressive disease. Its early diagnosis is the greatest clinical challenge. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the presence and extension of the delayed myocardial contrast-enhanced cardiovascular magnetic resonance, as well as to verify if the percentage of the myocardial fibrosis mass is a severity predictor. METHODS Cross-sectional study wit...
